Nestled in the
heart of a small village of the Haute-Savoie in the French Alps,not
far from the majestic mont Blanc mountains, and at the waters
edge between Geneva and Evian, l'Auberge d'Anthy is the place

Auberge,
being the pub of Anthy -sur-Léman village as well, is
alive with activity from dawn through sunset, both local fishermen
as well as visitors enjoying it everyday.

here, where Claude Dubouloz, Chef and "son of the lake"
features the richness of the Lake: féra, omble chevalier,
perche, lote, truite, brochet… to create delicious and
